Suddenly while being skulled people began to kill revenants. I'm not against PKers being in the revenant caves, but I do hate the fact that it's an organized paid support now. It really feels that if I need to perform revenant caves, I first have to buying runescape gold safe make an appointment with this shady clan, make a deal, and then farm dinosaurs. This is absurd. A good deal of the comments here seem to be missing the point. Revenants are earning a lot of gp into RuneScape, likely more than is being carried out via the duel arena, and a lot of this gp is moved through many RWT provides and so on. When revs were polled and announced, and had their own gp/hr and all estimated, it likely assumed you'd be ragged constantly so that you wouldnt be able to kill off. However, with these paid security services, folks can create gp/hr that is much too high for any very low demand method in OSRS. Something needs to change, since the money brought in from Bounty Hunter farmers pales compared to Revenants.

That's the main reason why PVP updates always have an excessive amount of GP generated over the first couple of months until they eventually remove it. Why else do they make the exact same mistake over and over? When it comes to PVM/Skilling, it is fixed by them instantly. There is no way in hell it is because of"the people", as nearly everyone agrees to remove y and x, but the jmods always go against it. I myself am a pker, but I have gotten sick of how pking functions in its current form. There has to be something we are overlooking. There's just no way any JMod is incompetent. Possessing a top gp/hr method makes people want to keep doing this content, even if they are quite rich. Possessing a high exp/hr strategy makes people do that content until they hit 99 and never touch it again. Pretty much having greater gp/hr does not really change how long a person performs as things adjust with inflation but having high exp/hr may make a person quit faster then intended. Think about it, if the highest gp/hr method was only 1-2m for maximum gamers, then tbow wouldn't charge 1.2b, it is only that high because maximum players may make 5m-10m an hour.

They are just entirely different things and not something you can compare, like yeah having bills can make RC a buyable ability but for most skills you aren't modifying their exp rates by more then like 5-10%, even if you had a bil to the best website to buy osrs goldspend. How would a strategy make players do it? They would stop it once they run out of expensive things to purchase. But more important is the fact that high gp methods are more detrimental to the market than high xp methods and are more vulnerable to being gold farmed.
