DC Comics negotiated an agreement wherein it would pay the Siegel heirs several million dollars and a yearly stipend of $500,000 in exchange for permanently granting DC the rights to Superman. DC Comics also agreed to insert the line "By Special Arrangement with the Jerry Siegel Family" in all future Superman productions.The judge ruled that Fawcett had indeed infringed on Superman.

Although at first the Hex was only found around Westview, when Vision came out of the barrier and nearly died, Maximoff expanded the Hex to save him, also causing everything in his path to be rewritten, transforming the S.W.O.R.D. base into a circus and its agents into clowns.Maximoff is able to create a highly durable barrier of energy that she can shape and conform as needed.

Now seeing the truth behind her ideal reality, Scarlet Witch decided to set everyone free, and began destroying the Hex. However, when her husband and children arrived, they were being torn apart, as they were created within the Hex and therefore could not exist outside of it, so Scarlet Witch stopped destroying the Hex, keeping her family alive.
