STAT Media Group was established in 1986 as a business to business publishing company with an aim to service the unique requirements of aviation, air cargo, logistics and transport industries by proactive dissemination of industry specific news and views through trade publications. The Group’s first publication, and its flagship product, The STAT Trade Times (www.stattimes.com) was one of the earliest and the most reliable sources for news and news features for the air cargo industry and it continues to be even after three decades.
Over the years, the Group launched two more publications for the global air cargo, transport and logistics industries. Indian Transport and Logistics News (www.itln.in) began publishing in 2010 to address the specific requirements of transport and logistics industries of one of the world’s largest economies. In the following year, this bimonthly was followed by the launch of Logistics Update Africa (www.logupdateafrica.com), a niche bimonthly logistic publication for the African continent.
