To use the gmail settings on iphone to obtain Gmail on your iPhone, follow these 8 steps:
- For Gmail, enable IMAP (SettingsForwarding and IMAP/POP IMAP Access Enable IMAP).
- Open Settings from the iPhone's home screen.
- Choose Google under Passwords Accounts Add Account.
