While this is a lot of fun OSRS GP is, there are a few disadvantages currently There's no easy way to show the ironman character, and there is no method to show you've honoured the rules of the game (or determine if other participants haven't).

We could be of assistance! To help support the incredible game created by the community, we're considering the possibility of adding an ironman-themed mode for the game. We are treating this project as an experiment and cannot yet be sure of its availability. An initial implementation could be released prior to deciding whether or not we want to pursue it further.

In the early stages we'd like your feedback and to get discussions going on about the appropriate rules for Ironman. Here are the rules and game mechanics currently being considered: Ironman starts with a brand new character. It's impossible to turn off the game once you've entered the Ironman mode.

Ironman mode players will receive a chat button, possibly with a skull (like the mod crown and VIP stars). We'll need to design an ironman-specific way to complete Heroes Quest or Shield of Arrav alone. We could consider adding a filter to the hiscore table to only show players who are ironman. Another twist? Hardcore Ironman is an extended mode available to the bravest of the brave. A new character is needed

There is only one life. Once you pass away the end is in sight. Only your score is left. The chat badge that you would use for Ironman-style Hardcore (perhaps an orange scalp) would be different.
