So could you say that OSRS and RS3 would be the game?

My point is that OSRS and 07Scape (RuneScape specifically in 2007) are completely different games. Until RS3 came out EoC existed as part of RS2. OSRS started as a revival of 07Scape, but has since become vastly different from 07Scape following years of adding new material and patches. Saying that OSRS is the same even or as RuneScape gold RS2 07Scape is enormously misleading. There. 07Scape has been RuneScape in 2007 and OSRS might have begun as a revival of 07Scape but has since turned into a model of RuneScape. RS Classic, RS2, RS3, and OSRS are all very different games with different content.

They are but they're fundamentally the exact same base game. A neitiznot helm above a dragon med helm, or performing the NMZ rather than crabs, or RuneScape skilling on zeah over mainland doesn't make it a fundamentally different match. They're essentially'growth' content. It's possible to argue their effect on RuneScape is something you do not like, but it's not a game. You're arguing over rhetoric and semantics, that you feel as though people do not know your argument. Not a single person is denying osrs = RS2, the point is that they have a similar spirit and intention of game style.

Saying OSRS is RS2 is like stating WoW classic is exactly the same game as WoW. Or stating that FFXIV and A Realm Reborn are the games. It is not the game. Yes, OSRS is a different game. RS2 from 07-10 had Summoning, Dungeoneering, different equipment etc and it added together. Saying that they're exactly the same is misleading. OSRS is based from RS2. The difference is that RS2 had had nearly 10 years of articles and updates by the time it became RS3. RS2 also existed with OSRS and had a lot of content that was different.

So could you say that OSRS and RS3 would be the game? Would you classify them? As soon as there aren't any gaps between OSRS and RS2, they are no more the same game. The differing content make them different. This makes them games that are different. RS2 had all these things.

Not really since OSRS lacks content which RS2 had. And then added content which was never in RS2. When you consider OSRS, you get a vast array of buy OSRS gold different content that's unique to OSRS and wasn't in RS2.I never stated OSRS has content I really don't like. It's not all about that. It is about it having unique content which RS2 did not have and lacking articles that RS2 didn't have. That is what makes them different.
