2. CR ng PNR na walang privacy nagkakahalaga ng P15 million bawat isa!!! CR na tinawag na KBK toilets o “Kayo ang Boss Ko toilets ay ginawa noong panahon na naman ni Pnoy.

.

Remember when the previous president Noynoy Aquino was delivering his first SONA? Remember when he said that we, the people are his boss?

Well, today, the Commission on Audit exposes an almost P300M corruption in one of their projects.

In 2012, a program Kayo ang Boss Ko (KBK) Toilet Improvement project was launched by the previous administration. This is to improve and construct more than 1,000 toilets for the DOTr and its attached agencies.

In 2016, only 53.17% of the total plan was implemented “due to poor project management, project termination and abandonment by contractors.”

Until today, there are no inventory reports that were reported by the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

“No inventory report on used and unused construction materials was provided to COA,”

The COA further said the DOTr-Project Management Unit turned over only four of the 45 memoranda of agreement as of February 22, 2018, while the remaining 41 “remained unacted by the recipients.”

It added the same findings were already reported in the 2015 and 2014 audit reports. The DOTr awarded 17 different contracts to three suppliers at a cost of P182 million for civil works and P113.7 million for the toilet fixtures, according to the audit.
