We have taken away Combat XP to RuneScape gold combat creatures that are more than 30 levels lower than our level in an effort to motivate everyone who fights these creatures to fight. Drops and Slayer XP remain the same. The entire set of NPCs will be rebalanced keeping this in mind in the same way as I've already mentioned.

As we don't have top-end training creatures in the game (yet) players who have a very advanced Combat level will see this 30 level range raised to 50 levels at the very least until we launch bigger training dungeons! But there is no possibility of training on creatures with less power than you. Training on animals like cows or rock crabs will only work at lower levels. To accommodate this change, we will increase the number of spawn points in the game.
