The Crystal ranged bow isn't all that bad, but it's not the ideal weapon for RS gold someone with your stats and the money. At the very minimum, build an Royal Crossbow. I'm unsure of how to accomplish this since I don't own one, but I'm told it's easy (and you can make the Royal Xbow is a tier 80 weapon). If you're like me and cba to make the crossbow you can always buy a Zaryte (60Mish), it's an tier 80 weapon and has no ammo, unlike the Crystal bow and decays very slowly. The tier 90 weapons can be found in the Ascension crossbows, both valued at 255Mish. To purchase them both you'll need at least 500 million dollars.

Nex armors are nice too But they're definitely not suitable for Slayer. I own Pernix and I play PvP and bossing only. I'm using it to camp in the ascension in dungeons at the moment, but it's because I'm working to achieve 99 Ranged this weekend and need to max out my exp per hour as possible.
