The Marvel cinematic universe has been behind some of the biggest movies of the 21st century. The popularity of the American media franchise is hard to fathom. It has been releasing movies in every corner of the world, and most of them do well.

However, their TV shows might not be as critically acclaimed as they would like, but they still manage to entertain a lot of people. Surprisingly, there aren’t many Android Marvel games that are worth playing; most of them are just cash grabs. So, today we have compiled a list of some of the Marvel games that deserve more attention and have been able to stand out.

 Contest of Champions

Contest of Champions, a free-to-play game, is, without a doubt, the best Marvel game you can get. The players’ task is to collect Marvel heroes so that they can ultimately use them to fight the bad guys. The character-collecting title has an impressive online multiplayer, campaign mode, etc. The game is fairly easy to play, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. Even though the combat mechanics are slow, they still are good enough. There are very few games now that are both entertaining and free; Contest of Champions manages to be one of them.

Future Fight

Future fighter is a role-playing action game that is quite similar to the Contest of Champions in some aspects. Here too, you have to collect different Marvel villains and heroes and then upgrade them as much as one can before they take on each other. Although it is fun, one can’t help but notice that it is a bit of a fan service dump. The fast gameplay mechanic is certainly something every player would enjoy, but one has to be a little patient when it comes to free stuff.

Marvel Puzzle Quest

Puzzle Quest is a well-known game on the Google Play Store. Apart from Marvel, there are several variants like The Gathering, Magic, Adventure Time, etc. Since Puzzle Quest is a match-three game, one has to match several symbols together to do things like combat damage. You can get several characters, play online, and go on different missions. There are also several events that happen regularly daily, weekly, and monthly where one can loot extra stuff. The game is quite simple to play, and one can get the hang of it in a matter of a few minutes.

Realm of Champions

The Realm of Champions in the newest addition to the long list of Marvel games. One can pick any Marvel character referred to as the Champion and then customize them as per one’s need. One can compete with other players in PvP, where three can battle with each other. There are also other modes that can help one get more out of it; however, this is an online multiplayer game. So, if you are looking for an offline game, the Realm of Champions is not for you. Other than that, it is decent and good for someone who is looking to pass the time.

Strike Force

Although Strike Force is a new game, it is quite similar to the older ones. One has to assemble as many heroes as one can to finally fight them against the villains. The game’s graphics are better than most of the Marvel games, and it also has role-playing mechanics, which makes it so much more fun. It is quite similar to Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. The freemium aspects might not be very satisfying, but the overall game is quite enjoyable.

Marvel, just like DC,  has had a somewhat mixed relationship with the world of video games. However, the games mentioned above are the best of the best and will not disappoint you.
