The greatest item comes from Abyssal Lords, which require 115 Slayer for killing. The huge demons drop a brand new melee weapon that is tier 92, called the Abyssal Scourge. This is an update to the legendary Abyssal Whip that was first added to the previous MMORPG nearly 17 years ago. If you are able to OSRS GP successfully attack with the Scourge triggers an Abyssal Parasite effect, extending the duration of all melee bleed abilities.
