Hair loss is a condition when your hair is falling out due to many causes. It is a common side effect of aging, and typically affects men earlier than it does women. Hair loss not only can be caused by aging but it can be caused by your bad habits for instance, food you eat, hair care products you using, stress, smoking and ETC. These behaviors not only make hair loss but it worsens your health as well.  Sometimes, hair loss can be a sign of diseases.

However, there are a number of simple ways that you can do to reduce hair loss by yourself at home whether by diet, supplement, and hair care.

Eat more protein

Protein plays essential role in body process as it is one of the main substances that nourishes our body part including hair growth. Protein helps strengthen hair and keep it grow faster. Therefore, if you’re struggling with hair loss, make sure you’re getting enough protein in your meal like eggs, seafood, lean meat and much more to reduce hair loss.

Intake vitamin A

Vitamin A is composed in part of retinoids, which has been shown to help increase hair growth and able to keep scalp healthy. There are a lot of food that contain vitamin A like leafy greens, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Or you can take the vitamin A supplements to reduce hair loss problem.

Avoid Smoking, Alcohol, And Caffeine

Smoking, alcohol, and caffeine are one of the reasons of hair loss. It worsens hair and makes hair weaker. These activities reduce blood circulation throughout the body including scalp which is an important factor in hair growth and retention, making hair loss and may causing other related diseases.

Regularly wash hair

You should wash your hair regularly but not too often with the right shampoo for hair loss in order to reduce hair loss. You should also use treatment along with shampoo for hair loss for the most effectiveness.
