Why don't you encourage them in doing both?

Why don't you encourage them in doing both? Since we have not seen them doing both. Back up your words. Sony handled things better than EA by not only using a statement, but heading after All Lives Issue supporters in remarks, matching donations by a few employees, claiming they will have more in the upcoming week, and Mut 21 coins supposedly forming a studio at San Diego led by POC developers. Does EA have something in the works and they desired to find the statement out first? They could've either held the statement until they had something to showtold us what they're going. In the end of the day if you refuse to acknowledge when a company makes a little measure you appreciate then how will they ever learn to generate a large step you love?

Are you currently treating a company such as how a parent speaks about a child? I genuinely do not know why it's our obligation to baby businesses into getting compassion. Why do they have to"learn" to do good for humankind, why not they simply do it? It is just like white folks putting the duty on black folks to teach them not to be displaced when there's lots of resources available on the way to do it. With that said, I do want to say I apologize if any of my remark comes off as hostile or assaulting to you. I value this discussion much even if I believe at the end of it we will still disagree. I would say most sensible people fall somewhere between realism and idealism. It simply sounds like you and I disagree about the value of words. I hope I'm not creating a strawman from your argument when I say you see very little value in creating a statement with nothing to back it up. Whereas when a huge company makes an official statement I think that conveys a reasonable bit of weight even if they don't do anything else.

I really don't think EA has any moral imperative to do anything at all in this situation, at least not openly. They are not the reason for the problem, it would be easy and appropriate for them to stay quiet or skirt about this political issue, but they didn't. They had three options: say nothing, say something, or say something and produce a dramatic gesture. Anything over the bare minimum is well worth acknowledging in my eyes. I really don't see it as"babying" them to acknowledge a firm statement I agree with. And while we are being antagonistic in such Reddit comments because that is the prevailing tone of this place, I don't think anything you've mentioned has come across as disrespectful in any respect and that I hope you think the same about what I've said.

I am really thankful we managed to have the discussion we did and we're seeing businesses place their money where their mouth is. The weekend was rough in my mental health and perspective on what is gont get achieved and that probably reached into my remarks, and that may still change as the times come and go. But now seeing protests get even bigger and more calm than before and seeing companies actually do shit, it makes me a little more optimistic. I hope we see real change. Thank you for a discussion that in the very least gave me a fresh perspective. I really don't need businesses saying something. In reality I am fed up buy mut coins madden 21 with companies saying things. Create your product. Make it great. Then shut up and let actual men and women speak. Nobody needs corporations to talk for them.
